By booking a consultation with Image43 LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy

• Full payment of $100.00 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.

• All payments are non-refundable. However, payments can be credited toward a future service if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours will be subject to approval and may incur an additional fee.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation time will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

3. No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend your consultation and do not notify us 24 hours in advance, your session will be considered a "no-show," and the payment will not be refunded.

4. Consultation Duration

• The consultation session is 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. If additional time is required, you will be charged at a rate of $X per extra 30 minutes.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during the consultation will remain confidential. Image43 will not disclose any information without your explicit consent unless required by law.

6. Liability

• Image43 LLC is not liable for any decisions or outcomes resulting from the consultation. The advice provided is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee success or specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

• Any content or materials provided during the consultation are the intellectual property of Image43 LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided during the consultation for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Modification of Terms

• Image43 LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
