📜 Image43 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 27, 2025

By participating in the Image43 Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:
   Participants must be at least 18 years old to join. Image43 LLC reserves the right to verify your identity before issuing rewards.

2. Referral Tracking:
   To earn a reward, referrals must use your unique referral code or link at the time of booking. Referrals without your code may not be credited retroactively.

3. Rewards:
   You may choose your reward type during sign-up. Rewards are issued after the referred customer successfully completes a paid booking through Image43.com. Rewards may take up to 30 days to process.

4. Limitations:
   Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not allowed. Abuse, fraud, or attempts to game the system will result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of pending rewards.

5. Program Changes:
   Image43 LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include reward amounts, reward types, or eligibility requirements.

6. Liability:
   By participating, you release Image43 LLC from any claims related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, delays, or misunderstandings.

7. Privacy:
   Information collected through the Referral Program will be used solely to operate the Program and communicate with participants. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
